Orders are carried out by Speedy or BG post with an average of 1-2 business days delivery time in Bulgaria and 10-14 business days in the rest of Europe.

We provide continuous tracking for every order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as we hand over your purchase to the courrier. Valid tracking number will be listed within the order confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays when a direct result of customs clearance or carrier processing issues (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc). We do not collect nor are we responsible for VAT, custom duties, or taxes.


Return Instructions:

•The items can be returned for Size Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund within 14 days of the order's delivery date.

• All custom made products are non-refundable.

• To request a return please contact us by email.

• The return shipment costs are Client's.

• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order's delivery date.

• Size/product Exchange - Products can be exchanged for different sizes of the same item if available. The exchange for a new item must be equal to or greater than the value of the purchased item. 

• Store Credit - As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which may be used on future purchases. can be used one time only within one month of the return! Is not cumulative with order Store Credits! Must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit!

• Refund - Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. The refunded amount will be available to Clients in week to  10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by Bank Wir Transfer, Paypal or Apple pay will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount of refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Returned Terms & Conditions:

• The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

• Items must be returned with packaging, and other accessories received with the order.

• In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact us.
