SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Production & Shipping

Most items on our website are available to be shipped within 1 week.

In some cases, we may need to craft your piece especially for you—this can take between 12 to 18 days, depending on current demand and production schedule.

Orders are shipped with Speedy, with delivery times as follows:

• 1–2 business days within Bulgaria

• 7–12 business days within the rest of Europe
Every order includes continuous tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once we hand your order over to the courier. A valid tracking number will be included in your confirmation.
Please note we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather, or address errors. 

We do not collect or cover VAT, customs duties, or local taxes.

There are no customs duties or extra charges within the European Union.

 

Custom-Made Items

All custom-made pieces are non-refundable. These items are created specifically for you—from the design to the exact sizing and detailing—so they cannot be resold or restocked. We dedicate special attention and craftsmanship to each custom order, making it uniquely yours.

If you’ve ordered a custom ring in the wrong size, resizing is available at a flat fee of €45.

Exchange for Different Size/Product

Products can be exchanged for a different size of the same item, if available.

If you choose a different product of greater or equal value, the difference will be charged.

If you select a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 

Store Credit

Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit code for the value of the returned item(s).

Store credit:

• Is valid for 3 months

• Can only be used once and must be used in full

• Cannot be combined with other store credit balances

• Must be applied to a purchase equal to or greater than the value of the credit.




RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange, store credit, or refund, unless the item is custom-made (see below).

To initiate a return, please email us and we’ll guide you through the process—it’s easy and quick.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are checked and accepted.

You will receive the refund within 7–10 working days depending on your payment provider.

• Orders paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or Apple Pay will be refunded to the original account

• Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase

• Any minor differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed

Returned Item Conditions

Returned items must:

• Not be worn, washed, or altered in any way

• Be in original condition, showing no signs of use

• Be returned with original packaging and any included accessories

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately—we’ll make it right.
