Shipping & Returns

From Order to Delivery

  • Each piece you see on our website is crafted especially for you once your order is placed.

    Our standard production time is 9–17 days, depending on the design and its complexity. If additional time is required, our customer support team will contact you with all the details.

    If you need your order urgently, please reach out to us — we’ll check availability and do our best to ensure you receive it on time.

    From carefully selecting each gemstone to hand-crafting your jewelry from scratch, every detail is made with precision and care. Once your piece is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped with DHL or Speedy, fully insured.

Shipping

  • Once your item is crafted, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery usually takes up to 2 days within Bulgaria and 4–7 days across Europe after production is complete. 

    Within Bulgaria, we ship with DHL at a fixed cost of €4.50.

    Across Europe, delivery is handled by DPD at a fixed cost of €28.50.

    All our shipments are fully insured, ensuring your jewelry arrives safely — with no worries about loss or damage along the way.

Returns

  • We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a size exchange, store credit, or refund—unless the piece is custom-made (see below). To start a return, simply email us and we’ll guide you through the process.

    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client, and returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that while delivery is free for your order, in the case of a return, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    Please note that the jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, accompanied by its original packaging and all certificates provided with the item. The packaging and certificates must be undamaged and intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. 

Custom-Made Items

All custom-made pieces are non-refundable. These items are created specifically for you—from the design to the exact sizing and detailing—so they cannot be resold or restocked. We dedicate special attention and craftsmanship to each custom order, making it uniquely yours.

If you’ve ordered a ring in the wrong size, resizing is available at a flat fee of €45.

Exchange for Different Size/Product

Products can be exchanged for a different size of the same item, if available.

If you choose a different product of greater or equal value, the difference will be charged.

If you select a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 

Store Credit 

Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a store credit code for the value of the returned item(s).

Store credit:

• Is valid for 3 months

• Can only be used once and must be used in full

• Cannot be combined with other store credit balances

• Must be applied to a purchase equal to or greater than the value of the credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are checked and accepted.

You will receive the refund within 7–10 working days depending on your payment provider.

• Orders paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or Apple Pay will be refunded to the original account

• Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase

• Any minor differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed
