- Production Time: Please allow 9–15 days for production, as each piece is handcrafted to order. Production time may vary depending on current demand. Engagement rings and wedding bands require up to 2 months for production, depending on the design and gemstones selected. If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.


- Shipping: Once your item is crafted, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. We also offer studio pick-up by appointment once your order is ready.


- Returns: We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please note that engagement rings and wedding bands are individually handcrafted to your chosen size and gemstone specifications. As these pieces are made exclusively for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
