- Shipping: Once your item is crafted, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. We also offer studio pick-up by appointment once your order is ready.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
